Heidi Slimane is back at YSL.....or should that be SL......He is on about dropping the Y from the name! I mean seriously!
Slimane allegedly feels the brand would appeal to a younger more fresh audience if there was no Yves in front of the Saint Laurent - what shite is that!?!?!?!
A SL spokesperson has confirmed that the brand will drop the Yves and the logo will remain the same. However the new name will start being used in conjunction with Slimane's next collection with the brand in 2013.
