Chicken Karachi with Makkan


Ingredients
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Capsicum cut into juliennes 2
  • Fried Papar (for serving) 2
  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Karhai Masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method
  1. Cut boneless chicken into cubes and flatten like pasanday, Heat 4 ounce butter in a wok with 1 cup water, add chicken with ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp karhai masala, cover and cook for 10 minutes, add 2 capsicums cut into juliennes, stir fry till butter comes on top, spread on fried papar and serve.
