Chicken Karachi with Makkan
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Capsicum cut into juliennes 2
- Fried Papar (for serving) 2
- Butter 4 ounces
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
- Karhai Masala 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method
- Cut boneless chicken into cubes and flatten like pasanday, Heat 4 ounce butter in a wok with 1 cup water, add chicken with ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp karhai masala, cover and cook for 10 minutes, add 2 capsicums cut into juliennes, stir fry till butter comes on top, spread on fried papar and serve.
